Guided tours of the heritage of the Isonzo front and the natural beauties of the Soča valley.

The Walk of Peace intertwines the heritage of the Isonzo Front with the natural wonders of the Upper Soča Region. It is also dedicated to the memory of numerous casualties of the First World War.

Trekking along the approx. 100 km-long Walk of Peace or only part of it offers active relaxation to a visitor in beautiful, tranquil, unspoiled nature marked by the river Soča, the world of medium-high and high mountains, flocks of sheep and goats, still active alps in summertime and the history of the First World War.

Drežnica - Zaprikraj

Visit to the outdoor museum ZAPRIKRAJ and a private museum collection of items from the First World War.

The sunny side - Mrzli vrh

Visit to the outdoor museum MRZLI VRH, the memorial church of the Holy Spirit at Javorca plateau and surrounding alps.

Kobarid - Kolovrat

Visit to the outdoor museum KOLOVRAT, the Kobarid Museum, the Italian Charnel house and the Kozjak waterfall.

Bovec - Ravelnik

Visit to the outdoor museum RAVELNIK, the Fortification Kluže (possible also performance by the group Društvo 1313) and the Koritnica pools.
